BREAKING: Original FISA 99 Page Document Released – 4 Page FISA MEMO Source.

by Ruby Henley
The Internet is on fire critiquing the original FISA Report Alex Jones has just released on his website.  The truth is, it is not the four page memo put out by Devin Nunes.  However, it definitely is the source from which the 4 page FISA MEMO spoke about.  It just helps to be a lawyer to decipher the original 99 page document.  Lets look at what we can, and try to break it down with the help of some of the brightest minds on the Internet.

2016 Cert FISC Memo Opin Order Apr 2017

First of all, the FBI did not have what was needed to actually acquire the FISA, but it persuaded the court to rush the approval of the FISA warrant as they had good reason to believe in Trump/Russia collusion.  They further stated this was a matter of National Security.  Oh, I agree it was a matter of National Security, as they were illegally spying and using a false dossier to get the FISA.
“Section 702 has come under fire in recent months due to the alleged ‘unmasking’ and leaking of information about Americans — namely associates of President Donald Trump — that was collected in the surveillance of foreign targets,” reported FCW. “Some members of Congress threatened in March that they would have a hard time renewing 702 before it expires at the end of 2017 unless the administration prosecutes those responsible for the leaks.”

Here are some highlights from the original document:
“Since 2011, NSA’s minimization procedures have prohibited use of US-person identifiers to query the results of upstream Internet collection under Section 702. The Oct. 26, 2016 Notice informed the Court that NSA analysts had been conducting such queries in violation of that prohibition, with much greater frequency than had previously been disclosed to the Court.”
“The government still had not ascertained the full range of systems that might have been used to conduct improper US-person queries.”
“The elimination of ‘abouts’ collection and, consequently, the more problematic forms of MCTs, focuses Section 702 acquisitions more sharply on communications to or from Section 702 targets, who are reasonably believed to be non-US persons outside the United States and expected to receive or communicate foreign intelligence information. That sharper focus should have the effect that US person information acquired under Section 702 will come more predominantly from non-domestic communications that are relevant to the foreign intelligence needs on which the pertinent targeting decisions were based.”
“…Information acquired by FISA electronic surveillance and physical search, which often involve target who are United States persons and typically are directed at persons in the United States.”

We have some tweets from George Webb of TruthLeaks, who is definitely a brilliant mind!

I have a feeling that today will be explosive, and everyone will be going over 99 pages of this FISA, which stands for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, document.  People will become well versed on the law, who before this day had no clue.  The fact that this Act has been so abused by Obama and Comey will be a sweet homecoming for those of us who have waited so long for the truth.  I am sure President Trump will celebrate this victory.
The fact is if this original source of the 4 page Memo has made it out for public view, it is only a matter of time until the short one will do the same.  As they say, it will be short and sweet, and everyone will   understand that Robert Mueller’s witch hunt is a joke.  It is time.
This precious Memo will reveal what real collusion is.  Paul Ryan needs to get busy and get this done, as he has that power.  Robert Mueller’s investigation will be toast…charred toast that will taste so badly no one will want it on their plate.  But the plates will be full for Comey and Obama, and my hope is before long they may be eating their toast in jail.  It is time.
Yesterday President Trump signed FISA Section 702 Reauthorization.  After signing the reauthorization of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), President Trump said he was not concerned about what Attorney General Jeff Sessions told Special Counsel Robert Mueller last week. He also disputes a report that FBI Director Christopher Wray threatened to resign over pressure from the Attorney General to get rid of Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe.
The government is going to be shaken up in a way the American people have never seen. This is the collateral damage of war, and in this case, it is welcome.  It has been a long time coming, and I am going to enjoy every minute of it.
Here are three different videos which discuss the memo in depth.

Breaking news- Infowars has released the 99 page formerly Top Secret FISA memo this morning from former NSA technical director William Binney, who is reportedly advising Trump.
Binney on Infowars with Alex Jones this morning:

After the live broadcast today, Infowars.com published an article on their website which contained the FULL FISA MEMO.  Pete went on air to read and analyze the document real-time, and in his opinion, the document — although NOT the 4 page summary in possession of Congress — is actually WORSE than what we’ve been anticipating.  We will not realize the full magnitude of what’s contained in this document for quite some time.

  1. Uhhhh… This wasn’t just released. This has been available via the DNI website since at least May of last year.
During his January 23 broadcast, Jones claimed that William Binney, a former National Security Agency official, provided him with “the actual memo they’re talking about.” Jones printed out a copy of the memo and called for his producers to put it on a “document cam” to show viewers, claiming that it was “tomorrow’s news, today.”
The document shown on screen was promptly identified as as a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court memo that is publicly available on the website of the Office of Director of National Intelligence. According to the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine, the document has been available online since at least May 2017.

    • Crazylegs, if you had one ounce of Alex Jones’ passion and history of actually breaking news, we would be getting a link from you right now to the 4 page memo. Go get it, Crazy Boy! All mouth and no action, huh?

    • While I agree that Alex Jones is not exactly the most trustworthy news source in the world, he isn’t always wrong and this particular one is very much real — you can find the same memo on dni.gov.

      • That makes him wrong. This isn’t what he presented it to be. It isn’t a memo given to him by Binney. It’s a document that has been publicly available to anyone for 9 months. The way Jones has presented this is completely misleading.
No where does he mention this document isn’t new, is not leaked and has been available to anyone who wanted to see it this entire time through the DNI website. Talking about how this is going to shake up the American people to their core… it’s just dishonest.
