President Obama’s deputy campaign manager, Stephanie Cutter, admitted at a Harvard Kennedy School of Government event in Massachusetts that “The economy, you know, will continue to be a challenge.”
“I have to say also there are also disadvantages to being an incumbent,” says Cutter. “The economy, you know, will continue to be a challenge as we continue to fight out this race over the next six months.”
