If they did, maybe they would take off my son’s glasses and give them back! also, they would actually VISIBLY SEE that the “working class” is NOT happy with them. do they think they are invincible? has everyone become so afraid of jail time and job loss that nobody has the cojones to stand up like MLM Daniel of S.E.England? is there nobody with a powerful enough voice for them to hear?
Analogy:
just like stocks, it would appear that the gov’t needs to see a rating from some bs organization to bring this into the sight of “big players”.
Supporting analogy:
I am a penny stock. you are a penny stock. the banks, reguardless of size, are rated stocks. the insolvent banks are AAA rated-save at all costs-stocks. the PPT(real or otherwise), pump us penny stocks just like junkers, already positioned to short us.
when Obama signed the stimulus, that fateful, windy Tuesday, that was the silver bullet of socialism. my problem is that we, as a society, have such shortened memories-we’ve become numb to bad news. just look at news in general since the 50’s, it’s all become negative since. that being said, i believe-whole heartedly-the American population will NOT revolt enough for even one senator, representative, or any cabinet member to lose one minute of sleep over. this is truly a sad day. it was all reinforced by the recent media “anti-hype” that i spoke of a couple weeks ago. the media has a habit of getting “bad” news, that is then filtered many times over, then re-stated in a forward looking statement. usually the statement actually says stuff that is “potential”, although forthcoming really about to happen. take the gas hikes of ‘07-’08 for example with speculations of higher prices months ahead of actual increase in said prices. all this information, for the most part, is true-however-diluted for the masses. do they think we can’t handle the truth? they’re right. we can’t, or won’t i should say. This is why they keep pulling the wool over the country’s eyes. unfortunately, they don’t see blogs-apparently, or they would have taken other more “potentially positive” measures to begin with.
