SHORT TERM (TONIGHT-WEDNESDAY)…
TORNADO WATCH 41 WILL CONTINUE ACROSS LEVY COUNTY THROUGH 8PM THIS
EVENING. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT
MAINLY ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE AREA AHEAD OF THE FRONT.
THEN THE SQUALL LINE WITH THE FRONT SHOULD MOVE INTO THE AREA
TUESDAY MORNING AROUND 12Z/SUNRISE…AND PUSHING THROUGH THE CWA
THROUGH THE REST OF THE DAY…WEAKENING AS IT PUSHES SOUTH WITH THE
UPPER ENERGY MOVING OFF AND THE FRONT GRADUALLY STALLING. SOME
STRONG STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE AREA WITH THE SQUALL
LINE AND A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE STORMS IS POSSIBLE FROM AROUND
TAMPA BAY NORTH THROUGH THE NATURE COAST MAINLY IN THE
MORNING…WITH DAMAGING WINDS AND AN ISOLATED TORNADO POSSIBLE
WITH THE STRONGER STORMS. WINDS WILL ALSO BE BREEZY AND GUSTY
TUESDAY AFTERNOON…WITH A LAKE WIND ADVISORY AND RIP CURRENT/HIGH
SURF ADVISORY POSSIBLE. THE FRONT WILL THEN STALL ACROSS SOUTH
FLORIDA KEEPING A SLIGHT RAIN CHANCE IN PLACE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
ZONES THROUGH WEDNESDAY. TEMPS WILL BE IN THE 60S TONIGHT…WITH
THE COOLER AND DRIER AIR STARTING TO PUSH INTO THE AREA TUESDAY
NIGHT WITH LOWS FALLING TO THE UPPER 40S NORTH…MID 50S-AROUND
60S CENTRAL…AND LOWER TO MID 60S SOUTH. HIGHS TUESDAY WILL BE IN
THE MID 70S NORTH TO THE MID 80S SOUTH…DECREASING TO IN THE 70S
FOR WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

2 meter dewpoints show the cold front pushing eastward across extreme eastern Texas and into Louisiana and the warm front pushing northward well north of Jackson, Mississippi. Severe weather is likely east of the cold front and south of the warm front.
