A FEDERAL APPEALS COURT WILL HEAR A CASE BROUGHT BY JUDICIAL WATCH ON FRIDAY TO MAKE PUBLIC DRAFT INDICTMENTS OF HILLARY CLINTON FROM THE WHITEWATER SCANDAL IN THE 1990S.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Millennials today have no context for which they could accurately judge the crimes, scandals and misdeeds of America’s favorite crime family, Bill and Hillary Clinton. Mentioning the words whitewater, Rose Law Firm, Mena, or Vince Foster to them elicits only an unknowing blank stare. So here we present to you the details behind the Whitewater Scandal from the 1990’s where Hillary make millions as a predatory lender…and had Vince Foster killed…and ran a cocaine ring. What happened? After this, you will know what happened. Kudos to Judicial Watch for keeping this crime in the news, and working tirelessly for justice to be done.

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group that files Freedom of Information Act requests, wants copies of the documents that the National Archives and Records Administration has declined to release. It filed a FOIA request for the documents in March 2015 and in October 2015 the group sued for the 238 pages of responsive records.

According to Judicial Watch: “The National Archives argues that the documents should be kept secret, citing grand jury secrecy and Clinton’s personal privacy.” But Judicial Watch says that because so much about the Whitewater case has already been made public, “there is no secrecy or privacy left to protect.”

HILLARY CLINTON AND THE WHITEWATER SCANDAL FULLY EXPLAINED:

Judicial Watch today announced oral argument will be heard Friday, September 22, 2017, in Judicial Watch’s appeal (No. 16-5366) regarding its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking the draft indictments of Hillary Clinton over what is popularly known as the Whitewater scandal. The National Archives confirmed that draft indictments of Clinton exist but refused to release the records.

Date: Friday, September 22, 2017
Time: 9:30 a.m. ET
Location: Courtroom 20
United States Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit
333 Constitution Ave NW
Washington, DC 20001

The appeal stems from a March 9, 2015, FOIA request and an October 20, 2015, Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit (Judicial Watch v. National Archives and Records Administration (No. 15-cv-01740)) seeking:

All versions of indictments against Hillary Rodham Clinton, including but not limited to, Versions 1, 2, and 3 in box 2250 of the Hickman Ewing Attorney Files, the “HRC/_ Draft Indictment” in box 2256 of the Hickman Ewing Attorney Files, as well as any and all versions written by Deputy Independent Counsel Hickman Ewing, Jr. prior to September of 1996.

A SAMPLING OF SCANDALS CONNECTED WITH THE EARLY DAYS OF BILL AND HILLARY:

The draft indictments relate to allegations that Clinton provided false information and withheld evidence from federal investigators to conceal her involvement with the defunct Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan, the collapse of which lead to multiple criminal convictions.  Clinton provided legal representation to Madison Guaranty as an attorney at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Clinton’s Rose Law Firm billing records, long sought by prosecutors, were found in the private quarters of the White House shortly after an important statute of limitations had expired.

THE NEW CLINTON CHRONICLES EXTENDED EDITION:

The documents in question are alleged drafts of indictments written by Hickman Ewing, the chief deputy of Kenneth Starr, the independent counsel appointed to investigate Bill and Hillary Clinton’s alleged involvement in fraudulent real estate dealings. Although others were sentenced for their role in the matter, neither Clinton was ever prosecuted.

Ewing told investigators he drafted the indictments in April 1995. According to Judicial Watch, the documents pertain to allegations that Hillary Clinton provided false information and withheld information from those investigating Whitewater. source
