The only thing is..this bill was submitted in February 2011, and was passed in October 2011.
Houston we have a problem.
Carver put in a request to congress, to pass the provision of Bill 1054 in February 2011. This Bill would prevent the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner from unilaterally disclosing autopsy reports on pediatric homicides to the general public.
Dr. H Wayne Carver had the power to get it passed… His office is now protected from any possible future or past “cover ups.” He could possibly even fake autopsy reports or the outcome of any autopsies that take place in his office.
Corruption in Connecticut!
