Since New York State enacted its restrictive new gun laws, many manufacturers have sent that state (and others) a message: If local governments are going to severely restrict the ability of citizens to own guns, then these companies will not be selling to law enforcement in those areas.
Among the gun manufacturers sending that message:
Based on the recent legislation in New York, we are prohibited from selling rifles and receivers to residents of New York.
We have chosen to extend that prohibition to all governmental agencies associated with or located within New York.
As a result we have halted sales of rifles, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, machine guns, and silencers to New York governmental agencies.
For “civilian” customers residing in New York: At your choice, we will:
Complete your order and ship to a dealer of your choice outside of NY.
Refund your payment in full.
Hold your items here for up to 6 months, at no charge – if you are in the process of leaving NY and taking residence in another state.
For LE/Govt customers in New York: Your orders have been cancelled.
TEXAS PREPS FOR GOING IT ALONE…Proposal considers collapse of U.S. and how Lone Star state would survive
Texas was its own nation before joining the United States, and many jokes have been made about some Texans still not recognizing that “other government” with which it now is affiliated.
But lawmakers there are drawing attention by considering a law that would have Texas review how it would respond should the U.S. government no longer be there to send federal tax revenue back to the state.
The proposal would set up a committee to study what the state gets from Washington, “the effects on the state budget if federal fiscal policy necessitates a significant reduction in or elimination of federal funding” and “a plan to address the loss of federal money.”
Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals. They will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed.

COPS REQUIRED TO INSPECT GUN OWNERS’ HOMES
Major effort calls for sheriff to probe dwellings
Forget police drones flying over your house. How about police coming inside, once a year, to have a look around?
Washington State Democrats have sponsored Senate Bill 5737, which has a little provision that apparently was to go unnoticed that would have said that police have a right to search a private citizen’s home once per year if they own certain types of firearms.
According to the legislation:
In order to continue to possess an assault weapon that was legally possessed on the effective date of this section, the person possessing shall … safely and securely store the assault weapon. The sheriff of the county may, no more than once per year, conduct an inspection to ensure compliance with this subsection.
Ammo Manufacturers Have a Duty Under Law To Refuse to Sell Ammunition To the US Government.
The Government is out of control with rabid intent to dominate the people and steal all our liberties. They are the biggest hypocrites. They force Store clerks and bar tenders not sell beer to people who might be drunk. If someone who buys from one of these people goes out and hurts someone. The bartender and Store clerk can be held criminally liable. If a Gun Store owner will a FFL sells a gun to a felon and knowingly sells to a person who is going to commit a crime. They can get in serious trouble. In both cases, the government will throw the book at them. except themselves. By law they cannot sell to the above people.
WHY IS MEXICO ASKING THE U.S. SENATE FOR A REGISTRY OF U.S. GUN OWNERS?
