--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nov 23 10:00 Existing Home Sales Oct
Nov 24 08:30 GDP - Preliminary - they’ll be adjusting it down and the market will ignore it after going up on the phony number.
Nov 24 09:00 Case Shiller 20 City Index Sep - it will be negative, but they will shill a “better” negative.
Nov 24 09:00 Consumer Confidence Nov - this will be interesting - if down right before Thanksgiving sell your retail stocks now. I already have.
Nov 24 10:00 FHFA Home Price Index Sep If this is up, one of the greatest fudges in history.
Nov 25 08:30 Personal Income Oct Probably up - only the higher paid still have a job in the US - all the others sent off-shore.
Nov 25 08:30 Personal Spending Oct If the government can create more debt, why not the consumer? And where is the incentive to pay it back?
Nov 25 08:30 Initial Claims 11/21 Just another weekly shedding of 1/2 million jobs - nothing to see here.
Nov 25 08:30 Continuing Claims 11/14 Just more LOSING their long term benefits because they aren’t fortunate enough to live in a “blue” state.
Nov 25 08:30 Durable Orders Oct All the true economic indicators tell us this is going down - they will look only at the “new” orders, ignoring less shipping, less backlog, less inventory, meaning more cancellations.
Nov 25 09:55 Mich Sentiment-Rev Nov Depends, will Michigan beat Ohio State?
Nov 25 10:00 New Home Sales Oct - IGNORE the seasonally adjusted number, the actual for the year will come in under 400k - will put out my analysis to the labor pool to show the REAL impact.
Nov 25 10:30 Crude Inventories 11/20 - I could care less about the INVENTORY - I look at the demand numbers - November has had two awful weeks in a row to start the month in spite of cold temperatures telling us that industrial/transportation (not cars, but freight) is going back into the abyss - did you catch “W” recession Wiz speech in China? He already knows it, as do I. It started back down the third week of September.
