Ron Paul to Santorum: I wasn’t even thinking about you when I was giving my answer, I see you’re a little sensitive. BRILLIANT!


Ron Paul reminds me of the founding fathers (or at least, my fantasy). They disagreed vehemently on a lot of things, but it seem to be the case that they actually argued about issues. Most politicians these days talk about issues, but what is really going on is politics, which is about money and power, not governing.

I get the impression that when Ron Paul talks about an issue, he is actually talking about the issue he is talking about. When someone like Mitt Romney talks about an issue, I get the impression that he is using the issue to garner votes, but may not actually have an opinion on the issue itself.
