In law, we argue cases using vernacular found in a tome known as BLACK’S LAW DICTIONARY. This is THE final word in ANY court of law across or nation. Since it is an old practice, there are a few volumes that transpire time.
The current edition I use is the “SIXTH EDITION” copyright 1979. Upon learning
of the following farce, I sought the previous Edition at a hidden used book store.
What I was seeking was the FOURTH EDITION
in the Fourth Edition of Black’s Law Dictionary is the term: “RYOT TENURE”
“”"”A system of land Tenure, where the government takes the place of landowners
”””’and collects the rent by means of tax gatherers. The farming is done by poor
”””peasants , (ryots) who find the capital, so far as there is any, and also do the
”””work. After Slavery, it is accounted the worst of all systems. because the
”””government can fix the rent at what it pleases, and it is difficult to distinguish
”””between rent and taxes
The point of my dissertation is that the above definition was REMOVED FROM THE DICTIONARY.!!!
I surmise you can guess why. That is because your home and estate is NOT YOURS, and never will be.!! Even after your estate and house is PAYED off, you will Always owe a tax on it…because it is TITLED TO THE STATE FOREVER through this system of Contract Laws we have today.
You own No property. Slaves can’t own property. Read carefully the Deed to the property you think is yours. You are listed as a TENANT. You will not like the legal definition for the word TENANT in Black’s Law as well.
(Senate Document 43, 73rd Congress 1st session)
Those educated historians reading this will recognize this as “Feudalism” at best.! That was a system which mirrors RYOT TENURE and still exists today…only under a different name…if using NO NAME at all.
Americans no more own America than the chickens on the Kentucky Colonel’s farm own the farm on which they are slaughtered.
