What is it in the USA, unlike countries like Canada, Australia, parts of Western Europe etc. that makes shareholders so weak in the face of the theft of their capital?
Should this “loot” not firstly be paid back to tax payers, and secondly paid out as dividends? No, it is used to funnel to employees, management, and for next year’s gambling budget.
USA on a severe downward slope, pace is accelerating toward full-blown class warfare.
