I have stayed away from reporting on the Stormy Daniels story, as I view this as a man’s personal and private business. The Presidency is a job, and every human being should have some aspects of his or her personal life off-limits to the public. Human beings are not perfect, and to believe otherwise is a waste of precious time. Time is not on the side of humanity.
Currently we are facing truly critical issues which could eventually lead to war, alienation of world allies, economic hardship for Americans, and unpredictable chaos within the world. However, the intimate and “should be kept private” sex life of a porn star is making the headlines yet another day.
Today this sick story born from a woman flaunting herself in the public eye, while making American lives more difficult. This has been done at a shameful time in the political history of the United States.
The 2016 Presidential Election will go down in history as the point at which Americans were denied their lawful right to vote. In other words, when you or I voted for Donald Trump as President, that vote was not legally binding. It has never been considered legally binding – as if it had been, Americans would not have been forced to endure harassment for their said vote. Donald Trump would have moved forward as President of the United States in due respect of that office. That has not been the case.
Now we are facing a puzzle of deceit brought upon the office of the Presidency while violating attorney/client privilege – a basic rule of law vital to our judicial system.
These aspects have been revealed in a shameful and illegal way, which should make them null and void – that is if the law was still intact. Clearly some entities are above the law, but yet they are practicing the law.
This Country is now being led down a serious path which should be considered a violation of the law. It is a path which makes no sense but has no end. I have read the following over and over again, and I can make no sense of the alleged information.
Rudy Giuliani took shots at Michael Avenatti on Tuesday night, after Stormy Daniels’ lawyer made a stunning claim about Michael Cohen.
Avenatti took to Twitter on Tuesday evening to allege that a company tied to a Russian oligarch paid Cohen, President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, $500,000 in 2017.
The news was first revealed by Avenatti — who is representing porn star Stormy Daniels in her case against Cohen, who paid her $130,000 in 2016 to keep quiet about an alleged affair with Trump — and later confirmed by the Daily Beast and CNN.
And when Bloomberg reached out to Giuliani, Trump’s pugnacious new attorney, for comment by telephone, he trashed Avenatti.
“I have no idea how he would know that. I have no reason to believe that anything he says is true,” Giuliani said. “I consider him now sort of a guy who books for Saturday Night Live. The guy is a pretty unsuccessful lawyer — can’t remember a case he’s ever had that meant anything — and I think he’s desperate for money.”
Mr. Giuliani – you just called me a "pretty unsuccessful lawyer" and stated that you "can't remember a case he's ever had that meant anything." 1st, you obviously can't remember much. 2nd, check my bio and you will find over a BILLION worth of verdicts and settlements. #dumb

Stormy Daniels’ lawyer said Tuesday he has information showing that Michael Cohen, U.S. President Donald Trump’s longtime personal attorney, received $500,000 from a Russian billionaire within months of paying hush money to Daniels, a porn star who claims she had a tryst with Trump. He released no documents to support the claim and did not reveal the source of his information.
Lawyer Michael Avenatti released a seven-page memo detailing what he said were wire transfers going into and out of the account Cohen used to pay Daniels $130,000 in October 2016 to stay silent about her alleged affair. Trump denies having an affair with Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.
In conclusion, this makes no sense, but how did it ever get this far? It got this far by destroying a bedrock of the American legal system, which all Americans will pay dearly for – attorney-client privilege.
Further why would a Russian billionaire pay Michael Cohen to transmit hush money to Stormy Daniels? It makes no sense. Donald Trump nor Michael Cohen is at a loss for money, so why would – if true – this have even occurred? This situation presents an entanglement that goes outside of legal boundaries and should never have existed in the public domain.
