“Bow your heads before Henry Paulson…”
The famous ‘Paulson threatened martial law’ speech from Brad Sherman.
Sherman exposes the Kanjorski-Paulson martial law, blood-in-the-streets fear mongering, which as we’ve demonstrated on multiple occasions was nothing more than highly granulated hyperbole meant to frighten a financially illiterate Congress and media corps into gentle acquiescence to the demands of their Sith Lords.
California Democratic Reps. Brad Sherman and Howard Berman appeared to nearly come to blows at their debate Thursday night.
A police officer separated the two congressmen, who are locked in a tight, nasty primary fight, after Sherman put his arm around Berman and seemed to challenge him to a fight.
“Howard, you want to get into this?” Sherman shouted as he wrapped his arm around Berman and squeezed him tight.

The US House of Representatives voted to prohibit the use of funds for American military operations in Libya.
Lawmakers adopted the amendment to a military appropriations bill by a vote of 248 to 163.
A number of members of Congress have recently expressed their dissatisfaction at President Barack Obama’s decision to go ahead with operations in Libya in March and to continue without congressional authorization.
