At a campaign event this evening at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C., President Obama indicated that he had successfully brought about “change”–an ambiguous 2008 campaign promise–by killing terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden. From the official White House transcript: And change is keeping one of the first promises I made in 2008 — ending the war in Iraq and bringing our troops home. (Applause.)
