HOPATCONG, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) — Charges have been filed against a New Jersey man who allegedly made repeated 911 calls, then called police headquarters and said he was the president and wanted to speak with New York Jets QB Tim Tebow.
Hopatcong police said the 28-year-old man, charged with creating false public alarms, made three 911 calls on June 10, but refused each time to give dispatchers any information on why he was calling.

According to a police report, Clyde Dorain Hobbs, 72, called 911 on Saturday, May 5 at least 17 times. The report reveals Hobbs made sexually oriented comments to the emergency operators each time he called.
