Because it’s “Private Property”

Just because Jeff Gray conducts himself as a Southern Gentleman during his video activism, doesn’t mean he will back down when confronted with unlawful orders.

The man known to us as HONORYOUROATH has always proven to stand his ground with his camera and his professional mannerism, which might not always keeps him out of jail, but it does send the message that he is within his rights.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will face some push-back during the big Thanksgiving travel week, as part of the Alex-Jones-ordered “Opt Out and Film Week.”

From Nov. 19 through Nov. 26, Jones is encouraging travelers to refuse to go through the radiation-laden body scanners. They should also film the invasive body pat-down that will likely ensue if they decide to opt-out.

History And Science Predict A Violent Political Upheaval In 2020

Circa 1870, the North fought the South in the Civil War.

Half a century later, around 1920, worker unrest, racial tensions and anti-Communist sentiment caused another nationwide upsurge of violence. Then, 50 years later, the Vietnam War and Civil Rights Movement triggered a third peak in violent political, social and racial conflict.

Fifty years after that will be 2020. If history continues to repeat itself, we can expect a violent upheaval in [...]

Holder to black preachers: ‘Sacred’ right to vote under attack

Attorney General  Eric Holder told a council of African American church leaders Wednesday that the “sacred” right to vote is under assault nationwide, with federal lawsuits and at least a dozen state laws that could hinder – or block – minorities’ access to the ballot box this fall.

“In my travels across this country, I’ve heard a consistent drumbeat of concern from citizens, who – often for the first time in their lives [...]

As a cop that worked the May Day protests (and many others) I have the following recommendations:

I’ve had that opportunity to speak with dozens of protesters this past year from Occupy and similar movements. I’ve also spoken with many more store owners, residents and people working in the area. I keep hearing these two things from the public:

I agree with the protesters but they are acting juvenile.
What specifically do they want?

Now I understand the majority of the time it isn’t the protesters causing the violence and [...]

Obama: ‘I Don’t Bluff’… COMPARES HIMSELF TO GANDHI, NELSON MANDELA…

“The civil rights movement was hard. Winning the vote for women was hard. Making sure that workers had some basic protections was hard,” President Obama said at a fundraiser while talking about how difficult it is to bring about “change” in politics.

“Around the world, Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, what they did was hard. It takes time. It takes more than a single term. It takes more than a single president. It [...]

The Never-Ending War

Liberals are the true aggressors in culture wars.
By Jonah Goldberg

If you’re not with us, you’re against us. President Bush popularized this expression after 9/11 to describe his foreign-policy doctrine: Countries couldn’t support or indulge terrorists and be our friends at the same time. But his detractors quickly turned it into a fairly paranoid vision of domestic political life, as if Bush had been talking about domestic opponents and dissenters.

The irony [...]

Lawrence Lessig: “This government is dependent upon the Funders of campaigns. 1% of America funds almost 99% of the cost of political campaigns in America. Is it therefore any surprise that the government is responsive first to the needs of that 1%, and not to the 99%?”

Like a fever, revolutions come in waves. And if this is a revolution, then it broke first on November 4, 2008, with the election of Barack Obama, second, on February 19, 2009, with the explosion of anger by Rick Santelli, giving birth to the Tea Party, and third, on September 10, 2011 with the #Occupy movements that are now spreading across the United States.

The souls in these movements must now decide [...]

New gaffe: Obama confuses Jews with janitors

President Obama spoke to the Congressional Black Caucus awards banquet over the weekend.

Those folks will stick with him in 2012, of course.

But they’ve been somewhat miffed in recent months that the first post-partisan president is doing too many deals with those Republicans and seeming to give in.

So, Obama needed to give the crowd some presidential love. He even brought his wife along. As with virtually all of [...]

German comedian Martin Sonneborn is well-known for jokes bordering on the tasteless. But a satirical political billboard of him posing in blackface makeup as US President Barack Obama is sparking outrage.

In Africa, Michelle Obama reflects on race

CAPE TOWN (Reuters) – Considering she is the first black First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama does not talk a lot about race.

Though a descendant of slaves and spouse of the first African American president, Obama is more likely to opine on healthy eating than controversial racial divides.

But, by design or default, her trip this week to South Africa has brought the issue to the forefront of the [...]

Black lawmakers blast GOP budget plan as step back for civil rights

Black lawmakers on Monday said GOP-proposed budget cuts would move the country in the opposite direction of the civil rights movement.

The lawmakers, all members of the Congressional Black Caucus, used the last day of Black History Month to argue the GOP-backed cuts would fall hardest on black Americans.

“It’s really especially poignant that this year during Black History Month, the Republican leadership has proposed a budget for [...]

Who ever controls the QUANTITY of money in circulation controls the government and the people.

by anonymous

The Federal Reserve System is a PRIVATE CORPORATION that controls the quantity of money in the system. It makes huge profits guaranteed by taxes. Repayment of interest to the central banks creates deflation.

See behind the curtain with ‘Secret of Oz,’ ‘Money as Debt,’ and ‘Creature from Jekyll Island’ documentaries on youtube. They show how and who the national debt is really owed.

Government grew rapidly during the World War II era and thereafter.

The Civil Rights movement of the 1960s combined with LBJ’s Great Society initiatives created many federal and state distributive programs, some generating extensive largesse. By the time the 1990s arrived the unchecked expansion of government programs and the dangers their growth revealed voting masses as not reliably prudent. Thus, calls to limit burgeoning government gained credibility. Nevertheless, when new checks on institutional power came, they did not prudently constrain the [...]
