A New Yorker accused of a bizarre scam in which he dressed up like his dead mother for six years to steal $115,000 in benefits is appearing in court this week.

On Tuesday jurors will be shown a screening of Thomas Prusik-Parkin, 53, allegedly carrying off his extraordinary act.

To pull off his pretense the defendant donned a wig, wore heavy make-up, his mother’s dresses and used a cane, claim prosecutors.

The Medical Examiner’s Office in Brooklyn allegedly lost the brain of a woman in her 60s while performing an autopsy on her.

The woman died unexpectedly in January.
