Something is happening? First the UK bank systems crash and now a major part of the UKs cell network

Kinda feels like something is certainly happening..

The 02 (ex British Telecom) cell network in the UK has crashed, the network has 23 million users and running into a second day of outages due to an unknown technical fault/s.

O2 is now owned by Telefonica of Spain, are they having credit issues?
Given the current global situation I can’t help but feel these events (major systems crashes) are connected..
