More than Half of Obama Cabinet Agencies Don’t Disclose Travel Costs

More than half of President Barack Obama’s cabinet agencies continue to defy open-government rules by not disclosing the cost of travel by top officials.

The Department for Communities and Local Government published a list today of thousands of assets owned by 600 councils and public sector bodies. The stimulus package had $510-billion in actual spending and about $290-billion in Tax cuts. So you’re only off by 20% there.

Of course the stimulus was a one-time deal, Bush’s tax cuts cost $440 billion every year, year after year. Total so far, $4.4-trillion.
