House Passes Legislation to Repeal Health Care Law Washington, May 16 – WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Bill Posey (R-Rockledge) released the following statement regarding today’s vote on legislation he cosponsored which fully repeals the Obamacare law: “The Administration is carrying out a dangerous experiment on our families, our businesses and the overall economy,” said Posey. “The problem with passing a massive, complicated bill [...] Kurt Nimmo Greta Van Susteren reports today that Republican Rep. Randy Forbes of Virginia has introduced legislation to impose a hiring freeze on the federal taxation agency. The bill is aimed at preventing the feds from using the IRS to implement Obamacare. (CBS Charlotte/AP) — The South Carolina House approved a bill Wednesday criminalizing the implementation of President Obama’s health care law in the state. The Republican-controlled House voted 65-39 on the Freedom of Health Care Protection Act. U.S. District Judge Lawrence Zatkoff granted a preliminary injunction against enforcement of the contraception provision of the law against Tom Monaghan and Domino’s Farms Corp., a management company located near Ann Arbor, Mich.
