“A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government.”
George Washington
We’ve all heard the argument from those who would disarm America that the Second Amendment is an archaic law that should be repealed, or at the very least [...]
Nullification The Rightful Remedy: What do we do when the federal government steps outside of it’s Constitutional boundaries? Do we ‘vote the bums out’ and hope that the new bums limit their own power? Do we ask federal judges in black robes to limit the federal government’s power? Thomas Jefferson and James Madison didn’t think so, and neither do we. The rightful remedy to federal tyranny rests in the hands [...]
If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks…will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered…. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs. -Thomas Jefferson
History records that the money changers have used every form of [...]

As we know, Eric Holder’s “Fast and Furious” scheme has sparked outrage among the American people. The DOJ’s “Fast and Furious” operation placed guns into the hands of drug smugglers who have committed crimes through entrapment, which was directly responsible for the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Holder’s ultimate goal was to circumvent his own criminal activity by blaming gun stores in America for selling [...]
I knew these things were something that would inevitably be turned on ourselves. Apparently you don’t even have to leave the confines of your home for these things to see you. They can see your body heat straight through the walls. This means total transparency by the citizens while the State hides behind a cloak of secrecy. We’re all suspects now.

George Washington
“Over grown military establishments are under any form of government inauspicious to and hostile to liberty.”

New York (CNN) — In this age of bitter partisanship, it is not surprising that congressional approval ratings are at an all-time low. But how did our national legislature get to the point where only 10% of Americans approve of its actions?
The answer: Congress no longer represents the will of the people, and it hasn’t for a very [...]

Provo, Utah (CBS Las Vegas) - In front of the White House a man is sitting on a park bench in the throes of depression. He is surrounded by 43 presidents. In the forefront, purposefully ignoring the depressed man is President Obama, whose right foot is stepping on the Constitution. James Madison is next to Obama, pleading with him to stop.
This tableau is called “The Forgotten Man”, a painting by Jon [...]
Just take for instance the Michael Jackson song “Bad” vs. the Weird Al Yankovic song “Fat.” I personally prefer the Weird Al song to the original. Who’s going to call Obama a bogus president when he’s in reality the president? I know Alex made the disc “Obama Deception.” However, winning the office of president isn’t just about winning a popularity contest.(I hope) The general public wants Obama to tell us [...]

Sheriff Richard Mack appears on Judge Napolitano’s Freedom Watch to discuss how the bill allowing indefinite detention of even American citizens on U.S. soil is an obvious breach of the Constitution, and something that founders like James Madison warned about.
60 Minutes just released a segment that is getting a lot of heat, no doubt due to the fact that it targets high-ranking members of Congress.
In short, the report says Congress members have the ability to trade off insider information and that this insider trading is not illegal (Click Here To See The Full Video).
In fact, the report implies that this information is one of the many ways Congress members [...]
There is currently $600 trillion in derivative positions on a global economy of $60 trillion.

The “cause” is the BANKS lootin and pillaging. They deliberately helped Greece hide its debt.

The Federal Reserve Act was passed in 1913, shortly after the 16th amendment was ratified. The 16th amendment allowed our country to collect the taxes required to pay the annual dividends to the Fed’s shareholders, who bought their original 300 shares for only $100 per share. By law, the United States can easily abolish the Fed by buying back these shares at a cost of [...]
Jefferson Was Right
By: Dr. Michael P. Byron – 05/24/03
Most Americans don’t know it but Thomas Jefferson, along with James Madison worked assiduously to have an 11th Amendment included into our nation’s original Bill of Rights. This proposed Amendment would have prohibited “monopolies in commerce.†The amendment would have made it illegal for corporations to own other corporations, or to give money to politicians, or to otherwise try to influence elections.
