As reported today by the Russian news agency Rosbalt, Russian ships were unloaded in the Syrian port of Tartus a 24 tactical cruise missiles for tactical missile complexes “Iskander”, of which six batteries with 12 missiles will be installed against Turkey and six batteries with 12 missiles will be installed against Israel and Jordan. Black residents fearful after shootings in Tulsa

Police in Tulsa, Okla., asked the public for help in searching for a man who shot three people to death and wounded two others in a predominantly African American neighborhood.

The shootings occurred a few miles from one another Friday. Police identified those killed as Dannaer Fields, 49, Bobby Clark, 54, and William Allen, 31.
