COPS: Man High on PCP Falls Out of Car, Gets Run Over, Then Tries to Abduct Baby

KANSAS CITY — Kansas City Missouri Police have a bizarre case on their hands. A man who was reportedly high on PCP fell out of a moving car. He then got run over but was able to get up. The accident led to a child abduction attempt and landed the man in the hospital.

US mayors sounded an alarm Thursday over deepening economic woes after a survey of 29 cities from Los Angeles to Washington showed worrying rises in homelessness and poverty-related food aid.
