I recently made some Green Tomato Chow.

Here is the recipe and canning video I followed, in case anyone still has green tomatoes to use up:

This is a two day process.

For the first day you need:

9lbs green tomatoes

6lbs onions

1/2 cup salt

stock pot

(also a food processor or chopper is recommended)

For the second day you will need(from memory, check the video):

4 cups white or pickling vinegar

7 cups sugar

2t dry mustard

2t pickling spices

cheesecloth

1 red pepper

1t turmeric
