Just found this… very interesting. I am trying to verify the post from a govt source.
According to in-house memos now circulating, the DHS has issued orders to banks across America which announce to them that “under the Patriot Act” the DHS has the absolute right to seize, without any warrant whatsoever, any and all customer bank accounts, to make “periodic and unannounced” visits to any bank to open and inspect the [...]

US senators have requested the legal justification for the killings of US citizens suspected of terrorism by the Obama administration. Meanwhile a ‘chilling’ leaked memo showed that the government sees little need for constraint on the issue.
A group of 11 senators on Monday wrote a letter to President Barack Obama, asking him to release all Justice Department memos on the practice of targeting US citizens suspected of being [...]
Howard Marks: “There Are Times For Aggressiveness; Now Is A Time For Caution”
Oaktree Capital’s Howard Marks begins his latest missive with a few hard truths. Anyone who has read his memos of the last 23 years will see he returns often to a few topics. This is due to the frequency with which themes tend to recur in the investment world. Humans, he notes, often fail to learn. They forget the [...]
From Liberty Blitzkrieg:
You’ve got to love our president. In one of his first official memos to federal agencies after his inauguration [Obama] wrote:
My Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government. We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration. Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government.
Public engagement enhances the Government’s [...]
Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain called the Fed’s demand for information from prosecutors an “audacious” ruling- one which clearly crosses constitutional bounds

WASHINGTON – A federal appeals court has taken what some attorneys called the unprecedented step of demanding to know if the government plans to prosecute seven illegal immigrants who have no other criminal record.
The order from a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals cites 2011 [...]
So now the Fast and Furious affair has reached Stage 2 of the classic Washington scandal: House Republicans have called for a special counsel to investigate Attorney General Eric Holder himself for possible perjury.
Justice Department documents indicate that Holder knew of the operation way back in July 2010 –far earlier than the “in the last few weeks” that he told congressional investigators under oath last [...]
Senator Barack Obama:
“The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. … Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. [...]
The “transparency” in the Obama administration means sometimes a question can’t even get asked.
The discovery came today at the daily White House news briefing with press secretary Jay Carney, who responded to a request to be allowed to ask about the president’s positions: “I’m not going to take your questions.”
Ironically, Les Kinsolving, WND’s correspondent at the White House and the No. 2 reporter on the White House beat, had wanted [...]
Finally people get how central planning works…
Bob Janjuah was interviewed by Bloomberg TV’s Erik Schatzker earlier in which the famous former RBS and now Nomura contrarian who predicted the 2008 crash shares his “skeptically strategic” and tactical outlook on the market: in a nutshell he joins technicians such as Tom DeMark in calling for a 10% correction in the market. Among the three key themes [...]
I make this prediction based on the current market volatility, the European problems which have continued week after week with many promised resolutions, but no actual solutions (The only thing that has been accomplished, other than promises, has been the transfer of funds from the Fed and IMF to the EU. You can say good-bye to that money!), and the growing distrust/worry of the American people.
I think next week someone [...]
