The Home Depot’s ‘All-Purpose’ coffee mug apparently isn’t all purpose after all.
Thousands of ceramic coffee mugs labelled ‘Homer’s All-Purpose Bucket’ are being recalled after found posing a potential fire hazard if placed in a microwave.
The orange mugs featuring a silver-colored bucket-like handle along with their hatted cartoon character are warned as capable of sparking a fire – despite labelled ‘microwave safe.’
