In the weeks leading up to the Nov. 6 election, there were scattered concerns from across the political spectrum that vote fraud could occur in some sections of the country. While many of those fears did not come to fruition, based on final vote tallies in some polling districts, it’s hard to fathom that some form of fraud did not occur.
Take Philadelphia, for instance – [...]
A member of the New Black Panther Party who was charged with voter intimidation in the 2008 election for standing outside a Philadelphia polling site was back Tuesday morning – in an official capacity.
Jerry Jackson, who was charged in the 2008 case along with Minister King Samir Shabazz, but later saw charges dropped by the Department of Justice, was seen early Tuesday outside a North Philadelphia voting site wearing the [...]
THEY MAY BE back in black for Tuesday’s election – the uber-controversial New Black Panther Party.
But now with 100 percent less nightstick.
You’ll recall, especially if you’ve ever listened to conservative talk radio, that it was right here that the Election Day 2008 appearance of two local leaders of the smallish black-power posse outside a polling station at 12th and Fairmount in North Philadelphia – one brandishing a large nightstick – [...]
Internal Department of Justice emails obtained by The Daily Caller show Attorney General Eric Holder’s communications staff has collaborated with the left-wing advocacy group Media Matters for America in an attempt to quell news stories about scandals plaguing Holder and America’s top law enforcement agency.
Dozens of pages of emails between DOJ Office of Public Affairs Director Tracy Schmaler and Media Matters staffers show Schmaler, Holder’s top press defender, working with Media [...]
A federal court in Washington, DC, held last week that political appointees appointed by President Obama did interfere with the Department of Justice’s prosecution of the New Black Panther Party.
The ruling came as part of a motion by the conservative legal watch dog group Judicial Watch, who had sued the DOJ in federal court to enforce a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for documents pertaining to the the New [...]
Black Panther Spiritual Leader Hashim Nzinga was released from an Atlanta jail last week
Nzinga was responsible for posting a bounty on George Zimmerman
Was himself incarcerated for having an illegal firearm as a felon
Declares Zimmerman is a “racist bastard” & “monkey a**“ while saying no one has ”paid” for a list of high-profile civil rights murders in the past but Zimmerman will “pay” for the Martin shooting
•Cites Zimmerman’s defense fund as [...]
“That’s our brother, brother General Taco!” the New Black Panther radio host implored.
But General T.A.C.O. (Taking All Capitalists Out) of the New Black Panther Party had less than encouraging words for white people this week. Mr. Taco, speaking on NBPP Radio on Sunday, decided to let white America know that the NBPP will “hunt” their “pink asses down.” Hunting white people down will serve to accomplish General Tacos other stated [...]

As the economic pressures increase in the United States and across the world, people have a tendency to retreat into tribal, ethnic and racial groups. That tendency is amplified by radical groups on both the right and the left , who seek to use racial conflict as a means to maintaining and acquiring political power. The stage is being set by the media and other powers in [...]
Tampa, Florida – It was an emotional interview for Michelle Williams.
As a community activist and chief of staff for the New Black Panther Party, Michelle is used to addressing many issues. But when it comes to her passion in the Trayvon Martin case, she gets especially upset and tearful.
WATCH: Michelle Williams’ unedited interview with 10 News reporter Melanie Michael
Through tears she said, “If my words, my words that I had to say out [...]

“Trayvon Martin”. One need only say his name, or tweet it, and a frenzy of arguments, rebuttals and attacks either for or against him are sure to follow.
The death of Trayvon Martin, a young 17 year old African-American has turned the nation into a giant battleground pitting White America against Black America. The media has been at every rally and interviewed everyone and anyone who has decided [...]
Distilled to its essence, the original, widely accepted narrative of Trayvon Martin’s death was that of a clearly delineated battle between good and evil which went something like this: On the night of February 26th in Sanford, Florida, a racist vigilante named George Zimmerman relentlessly and unjustifiably stalked an African American “child,” as Al Sharpton tenderly described him, who had been minding his own business, eating “a bag of Skittles.” [...]
Barack Obama’s statement that the death of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy that cries out for a more thorough investigation was the right and necessary thing to say.
But it fell far short of what was needed: a presidential call for a halt to the rhetoric that is stirring up racial rage and inflaming the nation. The incendiary language being deployed is both divisive and dangerous.
Addressing the Sanford, Fla., incident, black [...]
In Sanford, Florida, the leader of the New Black Panther Party called for a $10,000 bounty for the man who allegedly shot and killed Trayvon Martin. A $10,000 bounty. When I first heard of this story, the first thing I thought of was the Duke lacrosse case. Everything here lined up perfectly just as the Duke lacrosse case did for a stereotypical situation or cliche to be fulfilled. And before [...]
The new Black Panther Party offered a bounty of $10,000 Saturday for the “capture” of a Florida neighborhood watch captain who killed unarmed teen Trayvon Martin.
“An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth,” leader Mikhail Muhammad said after announcing the reward for George Zimmerman at a protest in Sanford, Fla.
Muhammad called on 5,000 black men to mobilize and capture the neighborhood watch volunteer.
“If the government won’t do the job, we’ll do it,” Muhammad [...]
Voting Rights: The most politicized attorney general in American history takes on Texas’ Voter ID law as discriminatory and intimidating to minorities, and tries to make American elections safe for vote fraud.
The Justice Department’s civil rights division, the same group that dropped the case of a group of New Black Panthers wearing military garb and carrying billy clubs as they stood outside a Philadelphia polling place in 2008, has filed [...]
Attorney General Eric Holder finally got fed up Tuesday with claims that the Justice Department went easy in a voting rights case against members of the New Black Panther Party because they are African American.
Holder’s frustration over the criticism became evident during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing as Rep. John Culberson (R-Texas) accused the Justice Department of failing to cooperate with a Civil Rights [...]

An open letter to Rep. Frank Wolf, chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce-Justice-Science:You’re looking for unnecessary spending to cut from the federal budget. Well, one piece of low-hanging fruit ripe for picking is the bloated budget of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. It’s something to discuss with Attorney General Eric Holder [...]
