JUDGE: Obama doesn’t have authority NOT to deport illegals

A court challenge by federal immigration agents seeking to block President Barack Obama’s deferred-deportation initiative will probably succeed, a judge said.

U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor in Dallas today put off his own decision on whether to grant the request for a preliminary injunction by 10 U.S. Immigration and Customs agents. He asked both sides to file additional arguments no later than May 6.

A brain in near-perfect condition is found in a skull of a person who was decapitated over 2,600 years ago.

A human skull dated to about 2,684 years ago with an “exceptionally preserved” human brain still inside of it was recently discovered in a waterlogged U.K. pit, according to a new Journal of Archaeological Sciencestudy.

In the latest Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll, 42% of those polled judged the first session of the 112th Congress “one of the worst” in the 222-year history of the institution. Another 33% said it was “below average.”

Bank of America (BAC) is close to its limit on how much stock it’s authorized to issue without being forced to go to shareholders to ask for permission, according to a Reuters report.

Although it may not be that difficult to do, it does reflect just how much the bank has forced to sell to keep itself afloat. Since 2007, the bank’s share float has soared from 4.5B shares to 10.1B, an increase -read dilution of shareholder equity – of nearly 125%.
