By Morgan Korn | Daily Ticker U.S. employers laid off 32,239 workers last month, the fewest number of job cuts since December 2010, according to a new report by outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas. Bloomberg is showing the consensus is for an increase of 135,000 payroll jobs in January, and for the unemployment rate to remain unchanged at 8.5%.
