In the macro-economic model of national wealth building there are four key factors:

C = Capital = cash, property, real estate, physical assets (like derricks or tanks), financial assets, physical infrastructure fro highways to hospitals … but primarily the wealthy owning class

L = Salaries, the wage earning class

G = Government … Tax policy … Fiscal/revenue/spending policy, investment in physical or intellectual infrastructure (such as universities) or in war or other social services, etc.

T = Technology/Any Form of Knowledge from grade school learning to [...]
