Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan is retiring this month after 30 years with the agency. Sullivan is stepping down less than a year after the agency became embroiled in a prostitution scandal, which involved 13 agents and officers in Cartegena, Colombia ahead of a visit by President Obama.
