MADRID (MarketWatch) — The Spanish government is planning a further 30 billion euros ($38 billion) in spending cuts and tax hikes, some of which could be announced next week, according to a report from Reuters on Wednesday. The Texas Department of Transportation said today a toll road being built from San Antonio to north of Austin could be the first road in the country to have a posted 85 mile per hour speed limit.
