Cops to Congress: We need logs of Americans’ text messages

Sprint CEO to Return $3.25 Million in Pay Tied to Iphone – Bloomberg

Sprint Nextel Corp. (S) Chief Executive Officer Dan Hesse agreed to return $3.25 million of his compensation, which had been increased in 2011 by excluding the costs of adding Apple Inc. (AAPL)’s iPhone to the carrier’s network.

Verizon is the only company right now not charging for this. If I recall correctly, AT&T charges $36 and T-Mobile $18.

CNET: Verizon Wireless to start charging $2 ‘convenience fee’ for bills paid online or over phone

(CNET) Verizon Wireless plans to charge subscribers a new $2 fee every time they pay their wireless bills online or directly over the phone.

Best Buy cuts forecast as profit falls 30%
