(AGI) Lisbon – Portugal’s ‘core’ public deficit tripled in January-Febuary this year, due to a drop in revenues and an increase in expenditure. It is the demonstration that Lisbon is struggling to remain within the planned targets in exchange for the 78 billion euro international aids. The deficit rose to 799 million euros from 274 compared to the same period in 2011.
