Yes, Microsoft Will Bring Xbox Live Games To iPhone and Android (MSFT)

In a blow to Windows Phone 7, Microsoftwill soon build apps that let iOS andAndroid users play its wildly popular Xbox Live games, a developer familiar with Microsoft’s plans confirmed today.

“Xbox is a client of ours. There’s no way they’ll be ignoring those other mobile platforms,” the developer told Business Insider.

Microsoft’s Xbox plans were first reported by LiveSide who spotted a job posting on the Microsoft careers site.
