The five biggest losses in TARP are likely to be:

(1) GM (which borrows under 4 names and has three disbursements under some names), this will be out biggest loss (the are exempt for the fee);

(2) AIG (they are exempt from the fee);

(3) Freddie (they are exempt from the fee);

(4) Fannie ( they are exempt from the fee):

(5) The failing Obama mortgage program (exempt from the fee).

Do you see anything common amount the places where the losses occurred? This program is about as dumb as taking money from Medicare to pay for Cadillac plans for unions that Obama agreed to yesterday. It is almost as if Obama is trying to destabilize the economy.
