Synopsis:
Robert Mueller’s Special Counselor’s probe is now doomed to collapse. Why? According to a story in The Last Refuge written by Sundance, Mueller has asked the court to postpone General Mike Flynn’s sentencing.
Why?
As Sundance put it:
“Against a newly discovered likelihood the Robert Mueller investigation began under false pretenses; and against the backdrop that FBI surveillance and wiretaps were obtained through materially (intentionally) false representations to the FISA court; and against the backdrop the original Flynn plea judge (Contrereas) was also the approving FISA judge; and that judge ‘was summarily recused’ from the case; and against increasing evidence that Mike Flynn was set up by a terminal animus, and politically-motivated investigative rogue unit, operating within the FBI; and against surfacing IG Horowitz evidence that FBI investigators manipulated (lied on) their FD-302 interrogation documents; and understanding those falsified 302’s were used in the Mueller/Flynn charging document….”
My prediction: the federal government will eventually drop the Flynn case all together. Even then, Flynn may have an unprecedented lawsuit against all FBI and Justice Dept. agents and officials who participated in his conviction, especially if they broke the law knowingly.
Although Flynn has had a tough last year and his finances were ruined, there is a much brighter day coming just around the corner, especially in the money category, and that’s not counting the book deal.

It’s all theater, which is why this idea makes sense. Nobody really goes to prison. I don’t think General’s go to prison any more than I thought Hillary or Trump would see a day in prison. They keep the show going just long enough, then they enter some new “evidence”, all recently uncovered, and the story changes just enough to keep people hooked. And people Stay Tuned, just like with TV shows. Flynn appears to have his life destroyed, but wait, now he gets an incredible pay day. What a twist ending! Will Comey go to prison? Stay tuned! Will Hillary have to answer for her actions? Stay tuned! Did Obama have any involvement? Stay tuned! Did Trump collude with Russia? Stay tuned! Did Hillary make money off a uranium deal with Russia? Stay tuned! Will the memo be released? Stay tuned! Will Trump authorize it’s release? Stay tuned! Is the memo the slam dunk case the Republican’s claim? Stay tuned! Will the Democrats now get a chance to get their version released? Stay tuned! And it will all be reported breathlessly, as if THIS time it’s the big thing we’ve all been waiting for.
