What does current mess have to do with Obama?

What you fail to do is your homework. Yes this current mess unraveled under Bush administration but general consensus is this all unraveled as a result of the housing market which started a chain reaction as it were so if you really want to just blame the so called “other side” let s look at some facts.
The C.R.A was started under Jimmy (bad economy)Carter in 1978. It was tweaked over time by Congress to force banks to lend money to people who had no business owning a house and had no substantial way of paying back the loans.
Bill Clinton put this act on steroids and also had his hand in lifting the Glass-Steagall Act.
In as early as 2001 The Bush administration sent up some red flags to Congress about the possible melt down of Fannie and Freddie as did John McCain to which the DEMOCRATS dismissed them with fervent effort. See the below clips.

There are many many more clips supporting this evidence. So while you are busy blaming the other side as the left does on a regular basis how about looking at the whole picture and understanding the FACTS before piping off liberal rhetoric.
