Why the Stock Market SHOULD Have Crashed! Weakest 52-Week High ON RECORD!

The MARKET BREADTH is one of many indicators but it does prove my point that central banks are buying up select stocks and those are performing really well. Their PE ratios are out of control. However, look at the whole market and you get a completely different picture.

 
The stock market has been rising due to central bank intervention. We all know that now. You can see just how weak this rally really is when you look at the MARKET BREADTH. How many stocks are actually rising? Hint: Not very many.
