Its still unclear to me after reading the article how the home owner in Ontario currently being charged for shooting an intruder WHO HAD A GUN TOO is justified. The cops laid 2nd degree murder charges on him.
The burglar even applied for “victim of crime” compensation after he broke into someone’s home and got stabbed for going into mother in law’s Fing bedroom.
