CNN: Men attempting to build muscle might have an eating disorder

by SevenNationNavy

After spending the last two years decimating people’s mental and physical health via draconian and nonsensical restrictions, our public health establishment has decided they haven’t done quite enough damage yet. Their next step in stigmatizing healthy living is to pathologize men who want to build muscle:

To make matters worse, disordered eating behavior in men is often championed in the world of social media, Murray said.

Celebrities and influencers post their excessive workouts, along with shots of their bodies and cheat day meals, which are meant to trick their bodies out of going into starvation mode so they don’t burn muscle, he added.

Without looking at the context of gender, almost every doctor would classify that kind of behavior as bulimia.

Got that? If you are a guy attempting to build muscle by incorporating cheat days into your routine, that is akin to a bulimic who binges food and then vomits it up later. Both are exhibiting symptoms of bulimia. So says “almost every doctor.”

So if you’re keeping score at home, here are some dos and don’ts for living a healthy lifestyle, according to our prestigious public health experts:

– DON’T eat meat

– DON’T incorporate cheat days to build muscle

– DON’T take vitamin C or D to protect against covid-19

– DO lock yourself inside your home for months at a time to avoid a virus with a 99%+ survival rate

– DO cover your child’s face with a mask during their formative years of development

– DO take an experimental shot with zero long term safety data

– DO ostracize any friends and family who refuse to take said experimental shot

If you follow these basic common sense health tips, you too can be as healthy as our world’s leading public health experts.
