Judicial Watch Submits Email Questions To Hillary To Be Answered Under Oath By September 29, 2016… One Of The ‘Dirty Little Secrets’ In D.C. Is That Hillary Clinton Can Be Impeached Now

by Pamela Williams

Judicial Watch today announced it submitted questions to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton concerning her email practices.  Clinton’s answers, under oath, are due on September 29.  On August 19, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan granted Judicial Watch further discovery on the Clinton email matter and ordered Clinton to answer the questions “by no later than thirty days thereafter….”  Under federal court rules, Judicial Watch is limited to twenty-five questions.
The questions are all listed on this page, and I feel this is a real breakthrough for those of us who want more answers from Clinton.  It is a beginning.

Judge Sullivan also ordered that Judicial Watch may depose the former Director of Information Resource Management of the Executive Secretariat (“S/ES-IRM”) John Bentel by October 31.

The questions and deposition arise in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit before Judge Sullivan first filed in September 2013 seeking records about the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, former Deputy Chief of Staff to Clinton.  The lawsuit was reopened because of revelations about the clintonemail.com system. (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)).

Judicial Watch has already taken the deposition testimony of seven Clinton aides and State Department officials.

So the questions are listed at the above website.  This gives me some hope that more answers will come out to the public.

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton says one of the ‘dirty little secrets’ in D.C. is that Hillary Clinton can be impeached now

‘Once you mention that to members on the Hill, they fall on the floor and start shaking. That is as welcome an idea as a special counsel is with [attorney general] Loretta lynch.’

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has called for a special counsel to investigate Clinton ‘immediately.’

‘Congress is pretending the Justice Department has to do all the work. That’s not true. Why doesn’t Congress hold Hillary Clinton in contempt? Why doesn’t Congress initiate an impeachment inquiry?’ he asked.

The book traces the litigation, original begun seeking documents related to the attack on the U.S. facility in Benghazi, that ultimately resulted in disclosures about Clinton’s undisclosed private email server.

‘I have no doubt that our litigation forced their hand,’ said Fitton, who noted the State Department’s cryptic references to additional materials that he speculated preceded an agency leak to the New York Times.

I am hopeful for more to come on Hillary.  Maybe the Lord will look down upon America, and Hillary will be make to pay for what she has done.

I’ve always appreciated the work of Judaical Watch. Thank you for your efforts, JW. But this action seems like it came too late. A judge ordered she answer the questions “no later than…” but when were they submitted, and were they submitted officially to her lawyers, and did the clerks record them, and so on. I’d be surprised if any answers are set down on paper before the election. Clinton’s lawyers will stonewall. Or so it seems to this layman.

There is already enough malfeasance to indict Hillary Clinton. She lied to Senator Rand Paul about her emails. That was in 2013. The recent email dump PROVES she lied. If she is not impeached for that act, NOW, then she will never face charges for ANY of her multitudinous crimes. Impeach her for lying to congress NOW.

    • Stop Bush and Clinton

Agreed – probably her main argument to stonewall the investigation will be that some of the questions are actually multiple questions packed into one, therefore JW submitted more than 25 questions, therefore she doesn’t know which ones to actually answer.

It’s phony, but will probably be good enough to make get her more time.
