Pfizer has been found guilty of violating three sections of the British Pharmaceuticals Code of Practice

1. the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine was not licensed in the UK in that age group when the article at issue was published and the Panel therefore ruled breaches of the Code.

2 The Panel noted its comments and ruling above and considered that Pfizer had failed to maintain high standards and a breach of the Code was ruled.

3. The Panel noted its comments and rulings above and considered that Pfizer had brought discredit upon, and reduced confidence in, the industry in this regard and a breach of Clause 2 was ruled
