I think I found it!!! It turns out that nearly all these athletes dropping dead on the field were vaccinated. Now if we can just figure out the ONE thing that ALL those vaccinated people have in common. Medical experts are baffled but I FINALLY found the answer!!! (see tweet/2)

All of these people with serious injuries BELIEVED their doctors were telling them the truth about the vaccine. So it wasn't the vaccine after all!! TRUST in doctors is causing all these cardiac, neurological, etc. events!!!
How could I have missed it!?!?
