The UK is Banning Pictures of Migrants Crossing the English Channel

by Chris Black

How is Britain a real country?

Poland has stricter rules forbidding media from photographing or even approaching the Polish-Belarusian border than the new UK rules

The reason Poland forbids journalists from photographing illegal migrants at our border is because the media would undermine Polish borders and aid illegal immigration

I assume the UK is forbidding the media from photographing illegal migration for the opposite reason, to facilitate it by banning citizen journalism from documenting it.

Poland is protecting its border from illegal immigration, the UK is not.

Hence I support banning journalists from taking pictures of illegal immigration on Polish border, and don’t support banning journalists in UK from doing the same.

Do you have a license for that picture of Africans landing in Dover?
