Ottawa police are now using undercover cops to try and provoke protestors into illegal acts so they can entrap them or use it as justification for deploying riot police.

Since Friday Ottawa Police Chief Sloly has mentioned working with Canadian intelligence services to end the protests. HUMINT entrapment schemes seem to be part of a larger plan.
